“I Called Totally on 17th because my mother and father had a blocked toilet and waste coming up outside, they couldn't attend until the 18th and after phoning around it was the earliest appointment. My father has dementia and my mother is quite frail, because of this I was quite anxious of having a tradesman in the house, especially because I am 85 miles away. So at 8.30 I had a call from a chap called Craig and told me he will be at the house at 9.00. At 9.15 I had another call detailing what had to be done and because it was 2 elderly people in the house they wanted to video call and record what they were doing. I agreed and a few minutes later I had a watts app video of them walking through the house and explaining what was wrong and the way to solve the problem. Once again I had a call confirming that I had seen the video and making sure I was happy with the price and the methods that they were going to use. I agreed and they (Craig and the other chap Richard) did the work. Throughout the job they sent me videos and kept me informed via the telephone. After completing the work they did a final walk through of my parents home. 15 minutes later I received a call to take payment which I was more than happy to pay. I don't know if this is a standard working practice for this company or this was 2 workers going above and beyond, which ever one it was I am over the moon with Totally and the 2 chaps are a credit to the company!

“Great service when we were in a real mess.

With our drains completely blocked, we were lucky to hit upon Totally, who rearranged their work schedule to get to us quicker. Bobby and Emre were great ambassadors for the company, they were always pleasant and worked really conscientiously to deal with the problem, always keen to know that we were happy with the work, and took a real pride in doing a good job. We were very impressed indeed! A neighbour has already asked for contact details, having been as impressed as we were.
